Found all over the country.  Nocturnal pest in crops and gardens, traveling up to 15 km per night foraging.

Porcupines can weigh up to 20 kg.

Hunting

Search with shooting lamp in crop fields where they are foraging.

Taken at close range with 22-rim fire.  Skinning and cooking it is quite a trick.
